Buy Maplestory Mesos implementation of the open meetings

Buy Maplestory MesosPublic sector employees won a postponement Friday, a judge issued a temporary injunction to prevent the law from Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker to severely restrict collective bargaining for public employees.

Republicans vowed on Monday to appeal the decision of Circuit Judge Maryann Sumi of Dane County. GOP lawmakers refused to say if they could also consider the separate tactics to transfer the bill through the legislature again.

If the match is still before the courts, it seems almost certain to end up before the state Supreme Court.

Sumi is to prevent the Secretary of State Doug La Follette law published - and so that it enters into force - up to Sumi can not take a position on a measure that would have granted the right to prevent any longer. Hearings order is scheduled for March 29 and April 1.

The district attorney of Dane County Ismael Ozanne, a Democrat, on Wednesday filed its complaint seeking to block the law because he told a legislative committee violated the open meetings law of the state to approve the measure. The committee voted on March 9, allowing the Legislature to quickly pass. Walker was signed on 11 March.

Sumi, who was appointed to the bench by Republican Governor Tommy G. Thompson in 1998, said Ozan likely to succeed on the merits.

"Public policy behind the effective implementation of the open meetings law is so strong that it is more important than the front, at least for the moment, which can be good for maintaining the validity of the (collective bargaining law)," he said.

But the state Attorney General JB Van Hollen, a Republican, said: "The legislature and the governor, not a Dane County Circuit Court judge, is responsible for the promulgation of legislative decisions, the Supreme Court has clearly indicated that Judges can not do. Directs the Secretary of State to publish a document. ... decisions of the Supreme Court is also clear that the acts can not be prescribed when the request (implies) a rule of legislative procedure.
